(America): When Slots For Illegals Are Eliminated, America Will Have More Slots For the World's Best, Brightest, and Exceptionally Talented To Immigrate and Renew America.

How should America treat it's illegal immigrants? The Biden pick for Health and Human Services nominee wants illegals to be given Medicaid.

And this is what we think is wrong with American immigration, and one that should be overhauled. Australia for instance, processes Illegals, assylum seekers and refugees in the far off island of Papua New Guinea.

In America meanwhile, illegals are being processed at the border patrol, and it gets even worse, in the Biden administration, assylum seekers will be allowed to travel to the United States as they await the results of their assylum application.

This Biden administration move in championing for illegals, assylum seekers, and refugees has made immigrant caravans all the way from Africa, Honduras, and Haiti begin to travel by foot to the United States border.

When there are so many illegals in America, the burden will be on the American taxpayer to provide them with food stamps and unemployment benefits. Besides, illegal immigrants decrease the slots for the legal immigrants that the United States truly needs. It's why we think that immigration should be overhauled, to increase slots for the best and brightest, and those with exceptional talents that will prepare America for the next phase of growth in the industrial internet of things (IIoT), smart hardware, Fintech, carbon materials, and such fancied fields, which America is struggling to hold on to the global lead.

China and India alone produce two Thirds of the world's PhDs, China has two million engineers. That's what's at stake for America. When the illegals are eliminated, the slots for H1-B Visas, how the most talented foreign workers will be increased ten fold, of course with safeguards so that large businesses cannot use the H1-B Visa as an excuse for paying poor American workers low salaries.

To be black and be a capitalist, and a Republican, is not an anomaly. An incompatibility sort of.

We wish golfing legend Tiger Woods quick recovery in the Los Angeles accident. But here is our proposition regarding the incident.

The next chapter in the American Civil rights movement is the availing of business capital and entrepreneurship to blacks and Latinos. African Americans don't have have to make wealth in their " traditional strong fields" like sports and entertainment".

They can make wealth solving the toughest challenges that plague America and the world. They can wildly be successful creative genius entrepreneurs. The job of diversity and inclusion is supposed to make blacks be included in the former white spaces in powerful jobs, but blacks shouldn't be a tick in the box. An affirmative action hire or elite college admittee. A racial justice issue.

Moreover, the smartest blacks now don't attend historically black Colleges like Howard or Morehouse but now attend the Ivy League and Uber Private colleges like Harvard, Duke, and Yale, then go on to work in Wall Street, representing a brain drain on the African American community when a struggling black business would have needed their talents.

And since small businesses are the primary employers, it means all this black talent that is being lost to Wall Street and Silicon Valley as a diversity and inclusion issue, an affirmative action hire is going to waste in that the kith and kin these bright black youngsters left behind have no businesses to hire them.

And I know Booker T Washington, a Republican by ideology, the first African American to visit the White House, was shamed for acting white when he said that rather than confronting white supremacists directly, blacks should aim for great careers and entrepreneurship. But nothing could be further from the truth.

And another African American leader, Marcus Garvey, said blacks fail because they don't have a capitalistic system that support them. He was wealth shamed for having a publishing company, media house, real estate and a ship which he hoped would transport all black people back to Africa.

But essentially, to be black and to be capitalist shouldn't be an opposite dichotomy. Likewise, to be black and be Republican should also likewise not be an incompatibility. Because where has the freebies of the Democrats taken blacks? They are at the exact same place where the slave emancipation proclamation left them. Someone said the biggest threat of a black is a white liberal, because they act so sweet without really meaning it, and it couldn't be further from the truth.

Social Byte: Is Colorism deep among people of colour?

The simple definition of colorism is that it's where members with a lighter skin among people of color are treated better than their darker skin colleagues of the same race.

Although it's most prevalent in the black race, it's not confined to it alone. An advert in a French billboard paints a successful French parent as one where a successful black male is married to a biracial or light skinned black.

In India, you wouldn't know that half their population is darker skinned from watching Indian Bollywood movies as all the acting gigs go to the light skinned Indians and not the untouchable dark skinned dalites.

This has of course spawned a lucrative bleaching creams as blacks, especially females want to be light skinned and upgrade their social status.

Does Writing Really Pay That Much. Can it Be a Full Time Career, Especially in Africa.

The joke is that one of the ways for you to die a poor man or woman for that matter is to take up writing as a full time career. As a weekly columnist for the Star Newspaper in Kenya, the third in the market daily, I got paid $30 per weekly column of 350 words. Granted, one could say that pay is too much for just 350 words. But it is the quality that matters, not the word count. And I knew I had worked on my craft well, and so I felt shortchanged.

Again, I wrote a 12 page educational advertorial pull out for the same Star Newspaper Kenya, I got paid $100, even as they made $50,000 from the same pull out in advertisements.

Coincidentally, one of their former radio girls come come Group Marketing Manager responsible for those advertisements in my pull out is also dabbles up as a motivational speaker and goes around telling young impressionable girls that you have the same 24 hours as me, or as Bill Gates. So, why doesn't she start with paying people their fair dues first?

I had done much research and knew that as a weekly Columnist for the Telegraph, Boris Johnson, the current Prime Minister of Britain, was getting $250,000 a year pay, that is $5,000 a week, just for scribbling a few quality words a week.

I also knew of a weekly technology columnist in The Wall Street Journal that got paid a million dollars a year for a weekly column, that is $20,000. I'm interested in that especially because I did Mechanical Engineering for my Bachelors Degree.

So, why doesn't writing pay in Africa. The reason is simply we haven't professionalised the creative scene, that is writers, singers, actors, et al. It is still a buyers market. They set the price. We follow along. And that needs to change if our kind is going to take up writing as a full time career rather than a side hustle.

West African leaders in ECOWAS Bloc must condemn Ivory Coast President Outarra third term bid with the same vigor they condemn the Mali coup.

African leaders are basically dictators extending favors to each other. They only care when one of them is on the receiving end. Mali coup happened same time Ivorian Outarra was extending his Leadership for a third term. Yet, ECOWAS leaders are silent on Outarra even as they condemn the Mali coup.

African unity shouldn't be forced, it should start with a few willing countries, Southern African countries are best placed in this. Other countries will join once they see benefits.

African unity doesn't have to be instant, involving all countries, it can start with willing countries, then others see its benefits and join.

Exactly how the US started out as a colony of 13 English states in 1776, then each state joined progressively, (some like Texas were bought off from Mexico ). Hawaii joined the union in 1959, completing an East West Pan American expansion.

In short, let African countries see benefits of unity, and they will sign up in a fraction of a second. In this, I suggest since Southern African countries SADC are the most uniform ethnically, they will be the easiest to unite, then rest of us with different ethnic make up can join.

Before Mandela stepped up to the podium of global superstar leadership, there was Nyerere, a great champion of African Socialism.

While Mandela is the global superstar of black leadership, there was someone before him, Julius Nyerere, founding President of Tanzania.

He had that rare trait found in less than one percent of the population. That of having the opposite polarity of a village cow herder that can comment on a Harvard Business Review Article.

That means, he treated peasants the same way he treated kings, princes, the Wall Street or Dar es Salaam billionare.

He championed 'Ujamaa' a sort of African socialism that emphasises collectiveness rather than raw individualism that has created great wealth divide both within and without countries.

Although it was an economic disaster, because of circumstances beyond his control, it was however a great nation building strategy, making Tanzania a uniform but diverse nation of more than 100 tribes. Thus, Tanzania is the most stable African country, even without being the most powerful economy in Africa.

Men are simply more confident than women in applying for jobs, even jobs they don't meet the threshold qualification.

Research shows that men apply for jobs, and often do get, when they fulfil just half of the job requirements. For women, they usually apply for jobs after meeting all requirements, explaining the low number of women in the C-Suite corner office.

Digital colonialism is real. Africa must have it's very own version of Google. Facebook. Twitter. YouTube. Otherwise, our most critical voices will be silenced.

In China, there search engine is not Google but Baidu. There social media giant is Weibo and not Twitter or Facebook. Some pilgrims of democracy will say China banned Western internet giants so as to have a firm grip on the information flow in the country.

Where even a small viral inspired social media craze could spiral into a major Tianmen square massacre kind of uprising.

However, even America is not transparent in its internet tracking. In Corona era, any Facebook/Twitter/YouTube video that criticises big pharma is removed, or banned completely. Such as the Nigerian American doctor who said she has cured some patients using chloroquine.

And yet, Bill Gates advice is taken as gospel truth, even when he has never stepped in a biochemistry class. Or epidemiology class.

Research is the key differentiator in wealthy versus poor countries. Unfortunately, due to lack of funding, African Universities just teach, sometimes lecturers use outdated class notes of 1970s. They don't do research.

The challenge for African governments is to find a sweet spot between feeding it's citizens, and funding ivory tower research whose results may only be beneficial thirty years later.

African Universities now just teach, they don't conduct research, placing new knowledge generated from Africa to be very low, and thus under cutting us from the immense wealth potential of the knowledge driven economy.

Where information merchants such as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg have tipped the scales against old money like oil or factories.

Even for the brightest of African graduates, jobs are hard to come by, and one CEO in Africa has an interesting take on this.

Linus Gitahi former CEO of Nation Media group, the largest media company in East Africa says the challenge for African employers is whether to increase salary of current employees to cushion them against inflationary pressures in rising cost of living or alternatively, getting more job seekers from the streets to the mainstream formal economy.

Politics that doesn't put money in people's pockets is the undoing of black revolutionaries. So, Thomas Sankara is the greatest contemporary African leader.

Black people pay much attention to politics as the panacea to solving their greatest challenges more than any other race. It's why black leaders that have sidestepped politics and instead opted to address economic fortunes of blacks are seen as having watered down the message.

Marcus Garvey was shamed by some for owning a number of small businesses, a shipping company, a newspaper, and even a New York auditorium. He did all this with only a primary school education, unlike the likes of Du Bois who had attended the ivory tower Harvard.

Another one, Booker T Washington, the first African American to be invited to the white House as cited by John Mc Cain in his concession speech to Obama in 2006. He said rather than blacks fight a direct political war with white supremacists, they better aim to become great entrepreneurs, farmers, corporate wielders of power. He founded an agricultural college, Tuskegee as a result.

Whites are ahead of blacks because of economic power. Politics is a direct consequence of that. When we downplay our great prophets of economic empowerment, we give flattering but false hope for our people, for politics that doesn't put money in people's pockets is useless.

The question I always get asked when I advocate for a return to African spirituality is where were our gods when white supremacists were unleashing terror on us? And it's why Islam and christianity are having a field day in Africa, because they are deemed superior to our ancient customs.

Relations between Africa and the West began changing around 1450, when the white supremacy idiocy was birthed, and the black inferiority complex was invented. Through education indoctrination. Religion that was Plagiarised from Africa, whitened then reexported back to Africa.

And then the gun powder invention was stolen from China and put to devastating use by Western imperiliasts. And the question I always get asked is where were the Aftican leaders when whites were unleashing this terror.

Or for those opposed to traditional worship of our gods, they simply ask where was the power of our gods when white supremacists were unleashing terror on us? Which are all weighty questions and in which we will have yo dig into the mysteries of the universe to see how a gods power can be blocked, contact with mother planet blacked. Etc etc.

Nigerian Americans are among most successful immigrant groups in the US, yet this success is not reflected in their home country.

The controversial Asian American writer Amy Chua lists Nigerian Americans as among the most successful immigrant groups in the US. Big proffesorship chairs in elite universities. Project managers, coders, programmers at blue Chip new age companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft. Even some are in acting and music in famed in Hollywood. Powerful finance jobs in Wall Street. Pioneering discoveries by doctors in surgery etc.

And yet, back home, things are not so rozy, with ethno religious tensions always in the lurking beneath the surface. Some call the country a zoo. Biafrans feel they have a divine right to an autonomous state. They feel Nigeria is but a grand design project of British Lord Lugard that failed when the tire met the road.

It is difficult to fashion a great prosperous society with such sentiments and yet, one in five Africans is a Nigerian. It's successes are Africa's successes. It's failings are Africa's failings. As African liberation hero Nelson Mandela aptly put it, the black man will only be liberated once Nigeria is liberated.

Blacks are the biggest consumers of luxury Western brands even as it has extreme poverty levels.

The Presidential motorcades of African Presidents could fool you believing our Oresidents run trillion dollar economies. Yes, the West are imperiliasts by word and action, but their leaders drive normal cars, even some use public trains. That would be an abomination for the African President.

Nigeria is the fastest growing market for private jets as it's politicians, pastors and oil barons deem the country's roads as unusable for people of their class. Not only that pizzas by the rich are ordered via British Airways, the local restaurant down the Lagos street is too local. And this is a country that in 2018, surpassed India as the country with most absolute number of poor people.

And then add the gold watches. The gold necklaces. Italian suits. Fuel guzzler cars. $1,000 dollar cocktail wines. And you wonder why while money changes hands at least eighteen times before leaving the Jewish race, amongst Africans, it leaves as soon as it lands.

Botswana former President Festus Mogae to African Countries: Build strong Institutions, not strong men.

Festus Mogae, former President of Botswana and a recepient of the Mo Ibrahim Africa Leadership Prize for advancing democratic and economic gains for Africans. Great strong men come only once in a while. So, focus on building strong Institutions to act as a check and balance against excesses of an average African President or even a weak one.

A leader like Trump would have meant end of most African countries but because US has strong Institutions, they are able to counter weight millions of his excesses everyday. Quite a big lesson for Africa where all power and institutions are centered around the big man despot or dictator.

The business leaders of Africa could shape African political space greatly, if they sponsored civic causes, and even, Presidential candidates that will fashion Africa in great and imagined ways.

The Sudanese Briton billionare Mo Ibrahim, who made his fortune in the telecoms sector when it was at it's infancy stage in Africa, funds the Mo Ibrahim Leadership Prize, a $5 million grant awarded to a former African President that during his tenure, saw great democratic and economic gains for her citizenry.

Now, some critics point out that Mo Ibrahim is flawed in his approach to leadership in Africa since he is basically bribing African Presidents for a job they should be doing in the first place.

Another African billionare, Zimbabwe Strive Masiyiwa, of the Econet Wireless, pays his country's doctors salaries. Again, excusing the corrupt leadership of President Mnagangwa.

What African billionares should be doing is funding civic causes, since such is left to the likes of Rockefeller, or the Goerge Soros Open society, famed for fanning socialist revolutions around the world like the 2004 Orange revolution in Ukraine.

I'm not saying likes of Mo Ibrahim, Masiyiwa, or Mwangi become African versions of Goerge Soros, the power behind the throne. But they can get involved in the political process in great amazing ways, and doing so subtly.

Brightest student at Makerere, Ibadan, Cape Town, Dar es Salaam University has same smartness as smartest Harvard/Yale/MIT Student. What lacks is money to actualise their dreams, and exposure to sophisticate their ideas.

When the story of desolate sorry state Africa is written, it is one where the weakest get fed endlessly. The politicians, baron profiteer underground businessmen.

The story of Africa is also one where the strongest get starved. The inventors. Thinkers. Thought leaders. And that's how you kill off a race without ever firing a single shot.

Give a civic test to all potential African Voters, Zambian Economist Dr. Dambisa Moyo suggests in her book "Edge of Chaos", saying African voters don't know weight of their decisions.

While the West practices liberal democracy, and it seems it has worked for them since it is the safest politically stable region in the world, Africa practices mob anarchy.

Decisions of the majority usually emotionally prone and uninformed of the issues of the day usually carry the day. Making a mockery of that basic statement of universal suffrage, one man one vote equilibrium that a majority have their way, the minority have their say.

Zambian Economist in her latest best selling book, suggests that voters, especially in Africa, be given a civic test before they choose candidates. For a majority of African voters don't know the weight of their decisions.

Leading to mob anarchy which has given us leaders who can't run a village kiosk even for a day, deciding how our hard earned taxes should be spent, the worst robbery that was invented by mankind.

Africa has to sell it's success stories even more than gold, diamonds, tea, and coffee. For nothing sells like success.

It is not just outsiders who don't believe in the potential and promise of Africa. Africans also themselves don't believe in Africa. That it's actually possible for your dreams to come true here in Africa. It takes a Sadio Mane to leave Senegal in order to hack it. An actor Lupita Nyongo(12 Years a Slave cast role) to leave Kenya and hack it in Hollywood. A Ghanaian aero space engineer Dr. Ave Kludze had to leave Ghana to hack it as a space systems engineer that helped put the rover on the surface of Mars.

What happened to dying in the land of your ancestors, as a university student in Kenya would ask late Prof. Mazrui of the "Africans, A Triple Heritage fame", who taught in the US for all his life, being an Albert Sweizer Professor of Sociology in the US, despite being a bitter critic of Western imperiliasm.

African prophets never get to lead, and if they lead, they are short-lived in power, often eliminated by greedy West.

The story of the African prophet follows a well documented pattern. The harder you come on the Western imperiliasm in Africa, the sharper the tools that will be fashioned against you. It is why being an average safe pair of hands always delivers the Presidency in Africa. Or even a sell out, for no sell out dies poor, while their are multitudes of revolutionaries that don't have a single coin of dollar to their name.

The likes of Thomas Sankara, eliminated by France, Steve Biko by the South Africa apartheid government, Kwame Nkrumah, overthrown by the CIA for pro Africa policies, Patrice Lumumba, eliminated by CIA/Belgium/France and body dismembered into 30 pieces by acid all died African Marty's. We should resurrect their souls, and fight hard for African liberation, no matter how hard it will be.

Africa America is to white America what Africa is to the world. Both trapped in poverty amidst plenty.

When the story of America is written, yes, native Americans provided the land. And they were dispossed massively. And even almost extinct like the Maoris of New Zealand, or the Aborgines of Australia.

But blacks provided free labour that powered the agrarian revolution and made fortunes for the slave masters.  Now, that agrarian revolution formed the basis for the industrial revolution in America, catapulting America to be world's sole super power.

But African Americans don't share in the prosperity of America. There are only five black billionares in America, amongst at least a thousand whites(not that a billionare is a mark of achievement, but the stark differences between blacks and whites billionares is a connotation).

African Americans now have to rely on tokenism of white power structure, and this allows only a few to get through the gilded gates of white power, leaving a multitude of blacks watching from the walls, on the sidelines. And this is what Obama and Kamala Harris represent.

Two black people that have been assimilated into white spaces. In effect, the Democrats play the role of NGO in Africa, address the problem but never eliminate it as this will turn the business model upside down. Or in case of black Americans, it will remove the emotional appeal of black votes.

War for talent is now global. Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs) are usually given free US work visas, and soon, if African Universities improve on quality, Uncle Sam will easily snap up our brightest talent.

An American senator suggested that Indian graduates of the famed Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs), be given free work visas of the H1-B kind to immigrate to America and work for elite US companies since quality of their graduates is top notch, offering same quality of education as elite Western universities, but at just a tenth of the cost.

And perhaps more importantly, war for talent is now global, and this should be a lesson to African countries/companies that if they don't reward their brightest talent, competition snatching away their talent is just a click away.

Ivorian President Outarra unlawful third term bid is proof that African Presidents will never leave the stage when applause from crowd is loudest.

Ivorian President Outarra was sanctioned for an unconstitutional third term, exactly what he, helped by the French army, toppled Laurent Gbagbo for, and indicted him to the ICC. When will African Presidents ever leave the stage when the applause from the crowd is loudest?

While France and America kill our prophets, Britain merely imposes an average safe pair of hands.

While French intelligence forces and CIA kill our prophets and saints that appeal to our highest angels(22 African Presidents have been killed so far) Britain merely imposes an average safe pair of hands that ensures they do just enough to make sure we don't die off but just survive to continually feed the British empire, supposedly an empire in which the sun will never set.

Black Lives Shouldn't matter only when white police officers kill unarmed blacks. It should also matter here in Africa on despots killing citizens.

Black Lives Matter shouldn't be a prism only when white police officers kill blacks. It should also apply to black on black crimes. Such as the killings by the Cameroon French backed dictator Paul Biya  in Anglophone Cameroon. Killings in northern Nigeria. Police extra judicial killings in Kenya.

Let's move from talk to tangible action in liberating Africa, otherwise it will be motivational talk, which is flattering but fails when reality checks in.

There is a rock star professor at Harvard who is an expert of American Presidency. Literally knows all the US Presidents high and low points. Achievements and setbacks. Key milestone.

But will that make him a great President to rival Lincoln(Update: Revisionists are disputing Lincoln representation as ideal American President since his freeing slaves wasn't entirely benevolence on his part, but we'll come to that later). Of course, that American Presidency expert doesn't equal being a Lincoln.

Similarly, the best football players are not the ones in the pitch, but those in the audience. Terraces correcting the players every moves.

So, in essence, let's criticise these African leaders with the mightiest pen. Ink. Then follow that with tangible action to bring real progressive change to Africa. Otherwise, we will just be keyboard warriors who will not have a bearing on Africa.

Much as the listener to that false hope motivational speech goes back to their real self immediately after the motivational power talk.

A study finds an African migrant to the US contributes 40 times more to the American economy than to her home country economy.

According to Kenyan academic turned politician Prof. Nick Wanjohi, an African migrant to the United States contributes 40 times more to the American economy than to Africa by way of remittances.

Her taxes get spent in America. She buys Americans goods and services. And ultimately, her brain powers the $15 trillion dollar economy, so the $500 she sends home every month(if she is this generous is nothing compared to what she adds to US economy).

A case of biblical quote, those who have more, more shall be added to them, those who have little that little will be taken away from them.

If the Madagascar herbal Covid Organics that had initial successes in treating Corona would have been by a Westerner, it would be selling like cake right now.

The Covid Organics from Madagascar, alleged herbal cure for Corona, was ridiculed and claimed not to have undergone scientific clinical trials.

However, if it was from a Western scientist, it would have been a shoe in, that innovator would have been a billionare by now. But because it was from a backwater African country, there is always the question the black nerd or innovator faces.

There are Twitter's, Microsofts, Alibabas sitting in African bedrooms where the idealist pilgrim gave up hope because of extenuating circumstances. And that's why there isn't any multi billion dollar African enterprise that solves the world's toughest challenges.

Corona will be manageable like flu, but it will not be eliminated, since for big pharma, it's business model is, a cured patient is a lost client.

"They-the West, create the virus, then the antidote, and make trillions from it."-Gaddafi.

We lost it when the credential from brand name global university with a forbidding entry creteria signifies intelligence. And these people are running down whole global companies, whole countries.

We lost it when the credential implied intelligence, and that's why graduates of these elite of the elite schools are running down multi billion dollar companies, and governments. It's hard to actually think that Bush was a graduate of the one and only Yale University, although he got in because many of the admission committee members were iniates of the "Skull and Bones" which his father President George Bush senior was a member.

So, the war in Iraq might have been payback time to "Skull and Bones", which some allege is the darkest secret society there is, with just 800 living members having enormous power. And while previously all the 15 inducted initiates each year(in April), were all white, these past few years, blacks are also being tapped.

And since Yale manufactures Presidents for the world, expect in the next 15 or 20 years African Presidents to be members of skull &bones, and then globalisation will have come full force when white imperiliasm and black anarchy will have united.

Africa will thrive when our schools and Universities put more emphasis on entrepreneurship and job creation rather than be mere job seeking credentials manufacturers.

Many the world over are questioning whether raw academics is a predictor for future success. In fact, many argue the C Student often goes to manage the A student in the corporate world and worst of all the D Student goes underground launches his corporation or Political party and then rules all of us. While this is being sadistic, it has some truth to it.

Feeding on this a US non profit that encourages entrepreneurship is paying innovative high school students up to $500,000 to drop out of high school and launch their business ventures.

Ghanain Pro African Educationist Fred Swaniker believes entrepreneurship and job apprenticeship are the way to unlock Africa's great potential rather than raw theoretical knowledge acquisition.

Pan African Educationist Fred Swaniker, co founder of African Leadership Academy, a leading college preparatory school for Africa, also founded Africa Leadership Institute where entrepreneurship and apprenticeship is taught rather than pure academics.

Hitler refused to greet African American Jesse Owen when he won five gold in the 1936 Olympics as he considered blacks lesser beings.

On realising African American Jesse Owens had won five golds in the 1936 Olympics, German dictator Adolf Hitler left the stadium in a huff so as not to greet him, as he often considered blacks as lesser beings, and wanted a pure white Aryan race.

Incidentally, Hitler had powerful white friends in America, one of them being senator Prescott Bush, father to President Bush senior and grandfather to President Bush junior. German Aerospace engineers were secretly shipped to work for the America space program. So, these so called global ruling cabal always fund both sides of the war, and then sit behind laughing as events unfold.

Thomas Sankara would have been the one to liberate Africa economically but unfortunately France saw to it he was no more.

To liberate Africa, we need leaders who have the mind of a Wall Street Power Broker, of a cold calculating nature, to unlock Africa's $100 trillion wealth potential, and the personality of a village cow herder to relate to common peasant struggles and build socialised governments and not a corporation like America that eats it's children.

The only contemporary African leader who was all these attributes rolled onto one was Burkina Faso fallen hero Thomas Sankara that achieved great social reforms in a record four years, eventually eliminated in 1987 by a French stooge Blaise Compaore who would return Burkina Faso under indirect French rule for the next 27 years.

Meet Malawian William Kamkwamba, a trailblazer in the wind energy field. A documentary has been made of him, "The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind".

Malawian William Kamkwamba learnt how to make a wind turbine from reading rusty books in his local village library. He would soon be spotted by a local newspaper, and the African Leadership Academy in South Africa before matriculating to Dartmouth College in the US. He hopes to one day build a large wind turbine in Malawi.

A documentary has been made of him, "The boy who harnessed the wind", but I guess as good news about Africa doesn't sell, practically no African has heard of him.

Task at hand is to fix the current dysfunctional Africa first, so when we point out our great ancient past, pyramids, King Mansa Musa we'll not be met with that blank stare of "What Happened?".

In media circles, they often say that you are only as good as your last story/article/column. Meaning if you have a string of great articles but just one bad last one, it overrides all the good articles.

Similarly, the last great streak for Africa was 700 years ago. It is great to dig up this once great Africa, but since it is overriden by the last 500 years of Western subjugation, it is practically not relatable to the average African.

So, for now, the tax at hand is to fix the current dysfunctional Africa, and then gradually digging up our ancient great past, so that the white supremacist or Afro pessimist will not confront us with that question "What Happened", when we mention the 5,000 years old pyramid was built by blacks. Or 13th century Malian King Mansa Musa was so rich he dumped gold in Egypt on his way to pilgrimage in Mecca causing an eight year inflation.

Also, he opened Sankara University, pilgrimage for scholars all over the world and was in effect, like Massachusetts State of the US today, an intellectual capital of the world.

When we paint all these successful ancient Africa against the current sorry state of Africa, no one, not even the most enlightened of Africans will believe us.

But when we point out the ancient great Africa when we are already a super power, even the most ardent afro pessimist will buy the story.

The African President is surrounded by "Yes Men", they will never tell the king he is naked even when he has lost the plot.

Those who surround African Presidents never tell them the true situation on the ground. They are "Yes Men", they will never tell the king he is naked even when he has lost the plot. For they are coat hangers drawn from elite tribal members and close family members. Benefitting hugely from state sanctioned business excesses.

When the President wants to vacate power, they usually ask, "What about us?". Creating the life long African dictator that starts out as a saint and liberator but ends up the worst tyrant on the face of the planet.

When the Trump supporter says he misses the good old days, what he really means is he misses when slaves who had ran away from slave plantations were forcibly returned back. When opportunities for smartest black began where ones for dumbest white ended.

When the poor white Trump supporter says he misses the good old days, what he really means is he misses days when whiteness was a badge of honour. When opportunities for the smartest hardworking black began where the opportunities for the lazy dumb white ended.

When the black that ran away from the slave plantation was forcefully returned to his master, helped no doubt by a coopted black to be in charge of slaves, often more ruthless than the slave master himself in ensuring the slaves subjugation. Quite like how these pseudo white adopted African Presidents treat us today.

And then during the Jim Crow days that followed the freeing of slaves, public lynchings of blacks that had made even the tiniest of  tresspasses to white spaces was publicly lynched by hanging on trees was actually a bemusement, even a past time sport for the surbuban white.

More like Belgian King Leopold of Belgium killing ten million Congolese was some kind of sport for him, with no guilt on his part whatsoever.

The above summary is just basically what a poor white Trump supporter means when he says he misses "The good old days" on Trump social media pages.

Both white previledge and male patriachial power(of all races) are a grave disease to the world.

Just as the number one student in high school has to adjust to being average in an elite university, which he finds confusing at first but comforting after a while, the white has to adjust to a world in which all the wealth and splendor of the world aren't his birthright for the taking, which probably explains the mob anarchy of the poor white Trump supporter.

The male, both black and white, also has to adjust to a post patriachial world where the woman's place is not just in the kitchen but also in the C-Suite corner office, or at Aso Rock- Nigerian seat of political power.

That rare male black excellence is often met with the subtle racist statement,"You are so different", which is euphimism for how did you not end up a criminal thug like the rest of your friends?

That rare exceptional black male excellence is met with that subtle racist statement ," You are so different", meaning why are you not like those other criminal thugs, and this is evidenced as when in 2014, Ghanaian American Kwasi Enin was admitted to all eight US Ivy League Universities, a white college admissions counselor described him as not being a typical Black American.
